Q&A

Q. WHY DO I NEED A 4K  CAMERA I CAN USE MY SALE PHONE?

Answer
  • Think of it this way if you were to take a small low resolutions image and try to expand it on a high-resolution output. Such as a computer screen or 4k television You would sacrifice the quality of the image.

  •

Q. DO I NEED A LAGER CAMERA CREW?

Answer
  • Depending on the project if.

  • If it is a small interview type situation one camera-person can manger it.

  • Three camera-person team works best for projects like films, television commercials, music videos' and any other scripted project.

Q. WHY DO I NEED LIGHTS?

Answer
  • Good lighting is the difference between a good or a poor video, it helps to increase the sharpness.

  • It allows viewers to have an understanding of how to feel emotionally.

  •  It conveys the plot and creates the atmosphere.

  • Durning editing poor lighting will make the process longer to fix the mistakes costing you more money during the Post-Production process.

Q. WHY DO I NEED SO MANY MICROPHONES  FOR A PROJECT?

Answer
  • When it comes to a scripted project there are three essential microphone pickup patterns to consider.

  • "Omnidirectional" MICS record audio from every direction. Typically you will want to use an omnidirectional mic when recording audio that you can’t control very well (like ambiance, a press conference, or a moving talking head).

  • Supercardioid mics give users the ability to isolate audio while still allowing for a slight margin of error, great for reality television, mostly interior audio recording scripted content.

  •  "Lobar" pattern is the most directional pickup pattern ideal for narrative film
